Board/Committee Name:   North Florida TPO Citizens Advisory Council

Purpose:   The Citizens Advisory Committee (CAC) is established to provide citizen comments and views on the metropolitan planning process and to serve in an advisory capacity to the North Florida TPO on matters related to transportation planning.

General Qualifications:   Seeking a SJC resident to serve at large. May represent civic organizations, environmental groups, community redevelopment authorities, homeowner associations and other similar organizations. Persons residing within the NF TPO geographical boundary are eligible for membership unless that person holds elective office or a non-elective position in any unit of state or local government having jurisdiction. Members shall be endorsed by the SJC Commissioners but serve at the please of the North Florida TPO.

Meeting Schedule:   Regular meetings are at 2 p.m. monthly on the first Wednesday, except January and July. Located in the North Florida TPO Board Room, 980 North Jefferson St. Jacksonville, FL 32209.
