Plans for a 21 head NFPA 13D fire sprinkler system for a townhome unit for the aboveground 1'AFF only.  The riser is located in the garage, it is indicated that the riser will be enclosed by others maintain the riser at 40 degrees.  In addition it is indicated on the plans that all exterior piping will be insulated (backflow), and all valves will be locked in the open position.  This will all be verified at final.
