1. T12 Truss Bracing: Detail S2.1D detail 14 shows bracing that penetrates the tenant separation wall. Please revise the detail to terminate the bracing at the exterior of the drywall.

2. T16, T17, and T18: The interior bearing of T16, T17, and T18 occur in the tenant separation wall. Please revise the bearing to occur on the outside of the tenant separation wall.

5. Attic Truss Tenant Separation: The proposed tenant separation at the attic truss is incorporating the wall assembly U314. Please provide an assembly that has been tested with a roof truss or use the time assignment from FBC Table 721.6.2(1)
