1. T12 Truss Bracing: Detail S2.1D detail 14 shows bracing that penetrates the tenant separation wall. Please revise the detail to terminate the bracing at the exterior of the drywall.

2. T16, T17, and T18: The interior bearing of T16, T17, and T18 occur in the tenant separation wall. Please revise the bearing to occur on the outside of the tenant separation wall.

4. Energy Form: Please revise the energy form: (1)Indicate foam plastic at the attic roof deck. (2) Provide the ES report for foam plastic that is proposed and indicate which application will be used. (3) A separate energy form for each unit (FBC-R N1100.06)
