Plan reviewed for a new addressable fire alarm system for a new 30,000 SF single story warehouse building.

This fire alarm is for monitoring the fire sprinkler system which includes monitoring of the BFP as well as the flow and tamper.

FACP- ES-50X Fire Light with cellular dialer and back up batteries.

A smoke is above the panel and one manual pull provided for manual activation.

The FA will be on  a dedicated 120V circuit identified with red breaker lock and identified as fire alarm circuit. Surge protection provided both for the low voltage monitoring of the backflow and 120v panel.

Power provided for electric bell.

A Document box is provided.

The approved sprinkler plans identify the 2 HVLS fans and require the shut down when FA is activated.  2 Addressable output modules are provided.
