The revision is mostly for the buildout of the 2nd floor shell space for a rehab area, in addition to other items.  An itemized revision narrative has been provided.  Note: Sheets A2011B1 and A6024B were not included in the narrative, however I am able to make out the changes based on the clouding.  Also Sheet I2021B1 was indicated in the revision narrative, but the sheet was not provided.  I reached out to Sara Clair Architect and she confirmed that this sheet was not intended to be submitted for revision.

A HOLD has been placed at insulation inspection (109) until either: a) a permit has been pulled or b) a letter submitted from respective system contractor indicating they evaluated that the existing system meets the occupancies Code requirements and no work to be done to the existing system to meet Code based on the work in this permit:

- Fire Alarm System
- Fire Sprinkler System
