Plan reviewed for New Fire Alarm System: FACP Fire-Lite ES-200X, Remote Annunciator: Fire-Lite ANN-80,
Reviewed using FFPC 8th edition effective Dec. 31, 2023. NFPA 1 and 101 references are Florida Editions of the code in the FFPC.

RESUBMITTING: A. Make necessary changes and resubmit everything in person to the permit center. You may not make handwritten alterations on signed and sealed plan pages. B. Once at the Permit Center swap out altered pages or insert new pages in EACH plan set (Job and Office). One copy of the removed/old pages from the JOB Copy will need to be submitted and marked "OLD". Do not forget to remove pages for work not associated to this permit. All plan papers must be the same size. C. Provide a response to comments along with any supporting documentation. Response to comments is REQUIRED not optional. - The response to comments sheet will need to include a response to each numbered comment and tell us where in the plans the comments was addressed. EX - "Top Left of Page E1-1" or "Page E1 Note 8". - Code responses shall reference Florida Fire Prevention Code, 8th Ed.

1) Sheet FA200 Fire Alarm Matrix does not provide for the following;
a) Shutdown of the HVLS fans upon activation of the waterflow switch,
b) Activation of the Interior Audio/visual notification devices,

2) Showroom manual pull stations are located on the large no-active drive through door leaf side of the combination egress / drive trough Doors. Door 101A's manual pull station is 20' away and Door 101B is 8' away. Second Floor exterior door, manual pull station is 20' away. 101:9.6.2.3(1)
Relocate the manual pull station to within 60" (5') of the egress door's edge.

3) I do not see the HVLS Fan connections to shut down the fans when the sprinkler water flow switch is activated. 13:11.1.7, 72.21.8

4) I do not see the Sprinkler's Riser Flow Switch and Tamper switch monitoring connections.
