Plans for 2500sf Starbucks shell building. The building is VB construction and is not indicated to have a fire alarm of fire sprinkler system.  Plan submitted and reviewed as assembly.  A separate permit will be required for the interior remodel. 

Note: No panic hardware is indicated.  Will verify occupant load when buildout permit is submitted.
