Plan Approved for underground fire main. Connecting to existing 6" stub out, 6" fire main, 1 fire hydrant before the BFP, 6" DCDA backflow preventer, 5" Storz FDC teeing off of fire sprinkler line after the BFP, and 6" fire sprinkler line leading into building to finish 1' AFF.

2. Fire Marshal's Office does not allow FDC's to be connected directly to the Backflow Preventer. According to the provided drawing, it appears that the 5' FDC Storz connection is going to be connected to the BFP. Clarify that it will be a stand alone FDC in the drawing.

*Provide additional detail sheet for the free standing FDC. Reference the following to include but not limited to:

- A listed check valve shall be installed in the piping to keep the FDC dry. (NFPA 24,5.9.3.1)
