Friday, March 15, 2024 DF: Review of 1st Resubmittal.

RESUBMITTING:
A. Make necessary changes and resubmit everything in person to the permit center.
B. Once at the Permit Center swap out altered pages or insert new pages in EACH plan set (Job and Office). One copy of the removed/old pages from the JOB Copy will need to be submitted and marked "OLD". Do not forget to remove pages for work not associated to this permit. All plan papers must be the same size.
C. Provide a response to comments along with any supporting documentation. Response to comments is REQUIRED not optional.
- The response to comments sheet will need to include a response to each numbered comment and tell us where in the plans the comments was addressed. EX - "Top Left of Page E1-1" or "Page E1 Note 8".
- Code responses shall reference Florida Fire Prevention Code, 7th Ed.

1) Plans are not bound (stapled, Screw-post, etc.). 

Plans are to be bound before resubmitting.

2) There are numerous revision updates noted in the Plan Sheets Title Block's Revision Section indicating additional "ASI" revisions not noted in the provided Revision Narrative. For example; revisions "Embed", "VElighting", ASI 03, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08, etc. are new since the original approval of the construction plans.

I am not able to review this revision at this time until either;

a) Remove all changes since the original construction plan approval except for those noted in the Revision Narrative, OR

b) Update the Plan Sheets to reflect ALL changes since the original Construction Plans were approved. Include Delta Triangles indicating the "ASI" Number or revision name at the changes made and Remember to Cloud all changes.

Provide an updated Revision Narrative that includes all changes to the plans since the original plans were approved and point out all changes on the plans.
