Pages A704 and A861 show a roof hatch. 2020 FBC-Fuel Gas section 306.5 states that where equipment requiring access or appliances are located on an elevated structure or the roof of a building such that personnel will have to climb higher than 16 feet above grade to access such equipment or appliances, an interior or exterior means of access shall be provided. Such access shall not require climbing over obstructions greater than 30" in height. Such access shall not require the use of portable ladders. Permanent ladders installed to provide the required access shall comply with the following minimum design criteria.....

4. Pages A704, A860, and A861 show the 2 stair sections of the building. 2020 FBC-Building section 1014.2 stipulates the required minimum height of the handrails serving flights of stairways. The plans do not show this detail. Additionally, 2020 FBC-Building section 1015.4 stipulates the minimum openings allowed between the required guards at the stairways. The plans do not show these details.
