1) Review comment #24 indicates a hold for a fire pump permit. The buildings construction type and square footage and available fire flow indicates a fire p[ump is needed (NFPA 1 Chapter 18, Table 18.4.5.2.1). The plans call out a "Fire Riser & Pump Room". I do not see any fire pump information provided.

1. Provide an elevation of the Riser & Pump Room showing the fire pump and fire sprinkler riser layout including all layout of all piping. AND,

2. Obtain and provide a fire pump permit and supporting fire pump specification sheets, manuals, etc.

2) Plans call Dry System Attic with Accelerator (Quick Opening Device). I am not able to locate the accelerator and I do not see a manufacturers specification sheet for one.

Please point out the location of the accelerator(s).

3) The manufacturer spec sheet indicates floor control valve(s) will be installed. I am not able to find the individual floor control valves.

Please point out their location(s). Also, provide an elevation of the control valve in it's operational placement.

4) Provide a manufacturer specification sheets for the wet system riser manifolds, the accelerator (quick opening device), Fire Pump.

5) The Flow Test Data is more than a year old (02/07/2020). 13.23.2.1.1

a) Provide a flow test that is one year or less old.

b) Update the plans to reflect the new flow test data.

6) Provide information on the spare sprinkler heads and any tools to be provided.

a) Include itemized number of each type of head that will be provided in compliance with 13:6.2.9, 13:6.2.9.5(3).

7) Will the wet systems be provided with relief valves as a part of the "test and drain valve" assembly or an auxiliary air reservoir? The spec sheet for the assembly indicates the relief valve is an option. The wet system is required to have either an relief valve or and auxiliary air reservoir. 13:7.1.2

8) Provide an elevation view of the dry pipe valve system including the dry pipe valve, associated piping, drain valve/piping, fill cup, air compressor and connection, etc.
