Plan reviewed for new 65 device fire alarm for a new mixed used assembly and business 2 story building. Reviewed using FFPC 7th edition effective January 1, 2021.

RESUBMITTING: Please make necessary changes and resubmit the complete permit application package. Response to comments / plans / specifications should be submitted to the Permit Center as a resubmission for the original project unless other arrangements are made with the Fire Plan Reviewer or the Fire Plan Review Supervisor.
To help speed the review process you should include a written response to comments summary to clarify and/or illustrate corrections on plans (bubbling, highlighting, or notations are best). Please use the Florida Fire Prevention Code 7th Ed. for all code reference in a response to comments. You are required to remove old pages and reinsert the new pages.
The numbered items require a response or plans to be updated to complete the review.

1) No 2nd floor pull station at left stair entrance on left side. 101:9.6.2.3

2) Recently submitted and rejected revision shows 3 of the 2nd floor doors to the balcony as being tied into the fire alarm. No reference in your plans showing 2nd floor doors to balcony will release with fire alarm/sprinkler activation. 101:7.2.1.6.2

3) No visual notification appliance in following locations:
-2nd floor office (number 226 on original plans) on left side of page.
-2nd floor office bottom right corner.
-1st floor office bottom right corner.
NOTE: If there are any other occupiable rooms that can not receive the visual signal then visual notification devices will also need to be added there. 101:9.6.3.5
