Plan for a 1100sf interior buildout of an existing space for a sandwich shop.  The plan was submitted as business, but was reviewed as Mercantile.  The building is provided with a fire sprinkler system (non supervised) and is type IIB construction.  A 1 hour tenant separation is provided, the neighboring tenant is business.
