1. Received plans to renovate and add additional space to a building built in 1988 and 1995. A search of our records indicate that building permits were not issued for these improvements.
Please secure the services of an professional engineer to conduct a forensic inspection of the structure. The engineer is to provide written recommendations to retrofit the structure to meet the requirements of the 2007 Florida Building Code.
