Plan for a CaptiveAire Tank fire suppression system to be installed under a permitted 9' hood to protect 2 fryers, a range/salamander and a stock pot range. The design using overlapping coverage for the fryers and the stockpot and dedicated appliance protection for the range and salamander. A 360 degree firestat is used for detection. The system utilizes 2 tanks, 35 out of 40 flow points.
