WATS is St. Johns County’s Web Based Application Tracking System which consists of many components of which Submittal Management is one. The purpose is to efficiently manage and easily retrieve information relating to Land Development Applications. PLEASE NOTE: Submittal Management first came into existence in 1998 and was written in a main frame dos environment, over the years many improvements have been made and continue being made which has the result of less information in earlier applications than more current applications.
