2. Please contact Planning and Zoning/ Clearance for the increased 274 conditioned space.
---The original plan Sheet A1.10 Area Schedule the conditioned space is: level 1 3417sgft, level 2 1327sgft totaling 4744sgft conditioned. The 274 additional revised conditioned space increases the total to 5018sgft conditioned.
---Sheet A1.20 revision sheet does not match the original A1.10 conditioned area calculation. Please have the architect correlate these figures.

5. PLANS MUST BE LEGIBLE. Documents will be electronically scanned to produce the final permanent record, therefore all documents must be clear, clean, with sufficient density, and having enough contrast to produce an acceptable scanned image.
