The required product approval form is missing. Forms are available at Building Department offices or on the county website under Building Services http://www.sjcfl.us/BuildingServices/media/forms/ProductApprovalPortrait.pdf
Product approval is required for the exterior doors, windows, panel walls, roofing, shutters and structural components.

PLANS MUST BE LEGIBLE. Documents will be electronically scanned to produce the final permanent record, therefore all documents must be clear, clean, with sufficient density, and having enough contrast to produce an acceptable scanned image.
