	4. Per FBCR R314 Smoke Alarms and R315 Carbon Monoxide Alarms please provide smoke and carbon detectors in accordance with R314 and R315 --- Outside all bedrooms Carbon and Smoke missing or exceeding 10 feet --- Habitable Attics require smoke detedtors
	5. Please provide the ICC_ES Test Report for the spray foam product being use. The installer should have this information
