1. There appears to be interior bearing wall footers missing. Please review and revise.

ADDED ON 11/16/2021; Item not addressed. Please review truss layout and determine interior bearing for trusses B1, B2, B3, B4, B5.

 

2. Please provide interior door header schedule which may include bearing wall door headers.

3. Girder Truss appears to be 24 inches tall while Roof Truss A-6 which is a vaulted truss bearing at 75 inches. Please provide detail for this connections= with the high uplift indicated on Girder Truss data sheet.

4. The drawings indicate Shingle/metal roof coverings whereas the Florida Energy lists only Shingles and the Product approval only lists Metal. Please correlate the application.

5. Incomplete Florida Energy forms. Please submit the Manual J, S and D forms.

6. The Energy form indicates unvented attic, insulation installed under the roof deck, (Spray Foam). Please submit the testing agency approval document for the spray foam being used.

General Notes: Your re-submittal shall include two complete sets of plans. Please insert the revised pages into the plan sets, and pages removed from the stamped "Job copy" set, shall be marked as "old set" and shall be included in the re-submittal.
If old "Job copy" drawings, are not resubmitted there will be additional plan review fee charged due to the amount of time necessary to review entire drawing again.
ALL ITEMS changed or revised on plans and documents shall be identified by circling, clouding or identified by some other legible method. ADDITIONAL ITEMS MAY BE REQUIRED - DEPENDING ON INFORMATION AND CLARITY OF FINAL PLANS SUBMITTED FOR REVIEW.
 
Pen and ink changes, white-outs, or any such altering of raised seal engineering drawings, is not permitted under state laws governing the practice of Architecture or Engineering. All information on the raised seal drawings must part of the printed sheets at the time the drawings are sealed by the Architect/Engineer.
