Under Construction Elevation Certificate
This submission has been approved. Please address the following comments on the Finished Construction Elevation Certificate:
1) Garage elevation reported is below the minimum required elevation. Hydrostatic openings will be required for C/O. Contact Westly Woodward for flood opening requirements/ specifications or see FEMA Technical Bulletin 1 at FEMA.gov
2) All equipment/ machinery servicing the building must be elevated to at least 7' NAVD 1988 or higher for C/O
