1. It appears this structure was built without required SJC Building Permits, more importantly required Building Inspections. To obtain a permit you may be required to remove wall/ceiling covers to perform required inspections. One other option would be to hire either a Florida Design Professional and/or a licensed Private Provider firm to perform forensic inspections and provide signed/sealed documentation they have performed required inspections and the structure meets all the current Florida Building Codes.
