	Under Construction Elevation Certificate This submission has been approved, please address the following comments on finished construction EC for C/O: This project is a substantial improvement (alteration and lateral addition) and is required to meet the provisions of the St. Johns County Floodplain Ordinance 1) Building diagram is incorrect - this structure is considered to be elevated on a crawlspace (even though addition is not). Please update building diagram number and crawlspace area on finished construction EC and complete section C accordingly. 2) There is no attached garage. Please remove attached garage info from EC. 2) A/C is currently measured at 6' NAVD 1988. All equipment/ machinery servicing the building must be elevated to at least 7' NAVD 1988 (design flood elevation).
