Under Construction Elevation Certificate
This submission has been approved. The following comments must be addressed on finished construction EC for C/O:
1) Proposed garage is below minimum required elevation - flood openings required. Please contact the building department or reference FEMA Technical Bulletin 1 for flood opening specifications and requirements.
2) All equipment/ machinery servicing the building must be elevated to at least 8' NAVD 1988.
