We rejected the final elevation certificate submitted on 3/28/2023. According to the Final Elevation Certificate, the bottom of the lowest horizontal structural member (V zones only) is two feet lower than the required Design Flood Elevation (14 feet).
Section C2.c) of the Final Elevation Certificate does not match what was proposed in the application submitted on 6/17/2023. Please see the email attached that shows the approved proposed elevations.
