Under Construction Elevation Certificate
This submission has been approved. Please address the following comments on Finished Construction EC for C/O:
1) A7 should be diagram 5 (structure elevated on piles)
2) C2 c) should be measured from the concrete beam just below the slab, not from the below-grade footing (per plan S-4 section 8)
3) All equipment/ machinery servicing the building should be elevated to at least 14' or higher when placed
