2. Based on the site plan and the drawings submitted the wall of the structure is located 3 feet from the property line. The eve overhang is going to be less than 3 feet to the property line.
Florida Building Code R302 requires projections less than 3 feet to the property line be 1hr fire rated and less than 2 feet is not allowed.
--- To satisfy the requirement of the FBC R302 the eve next to the property would need to be less than a 12" overhang and be fire rated to 1 hour.
