1. This project was submitted after Jan. 1st, 2021 requiring documents to be designed to the 2020 FBC-R. Please submit the Structural engineering and Florida Energy Form designed to the 2020 FBC-R.

2. The Roof Truss package appears to be incomplete, truss index and data sheets are missing. Please submit complete truss package designed to the 2010 FBC-R.

3. Please submit the approved testing document (ICC ES Report) for the spray foam insulation being used which will determine the thickness' required.

General Notes: Your re-submittal shall include two complete sets of plans. Please insert the revised pages into the plan sets, and pages removed from the stamped "Job copy" set, shall be marked as "old set" and shall be included in the re-submittal.
If old "Job copy" drawings, are not resubmitted there will be additional plan review fee charged due to the amount of time necessary to review entire drawing again.
ALL ITEMS changed or revised on plans and documents shall be identified by circling, clouding or identified by some other legible method. ADDITIONAL ITEMS MAY BE REQUIRED - DEPENDING ON INFORMATION AND CLARITY OF FINAL PLANS SUBMITTED FOR REVIEW.

Pen and ink changes, white-outs, or any such altering of raised seal engineering drawings, is not permitted under state laws governing the practice of Architecture or Engineering. All information on the raised seal drawings must part of the printed sheets at the time the drawings are sealed by the Architect/Engineer.
