1. Please provide 2 copies of the truss design criteria reviewed by the engineer of record

3. It appears there is a deck on the seaward side of the building which states post supported deck. There are not any design criteria for the deck therefore I am assuming it will be unattached and a separate permit.

4. Please provide 2 copies of the ICC_ES Report for the foam insulation being used.

5. It appears the Architectural drawings are drawn by an architect claiming copy rights. If this so then the Architect must sign and seal all prepared documents.
Each registered architect shall obtain one seal in a form approved by rule of the board and may, in addition, register her or his seal electronically in accordance with ss. 668.001-668.006. All final construction documents and instruments of service which include drawings, plans, specifications, or reports prepared or issued by the registered architect and being filed for public record shall bear the signature and seal of the registered architect who prepared or approved the document and the date on which they were sealed

8. Please provide a cross section detail demonstrating all structural members and required elevations from the foundation to the roof deck.
