PLEASE PROVIDE PROPOSED INTERIOR FLOOR PLAN
Construction Documents (FBC-107.2.1): Please provide a sketch of the floor plan showing where the new construction is located within the structure. Information on construction documents shall be dimensioned and drawn upon suitable material and shall be of sufficient clarity to indicate the location, nature and extent of the work proposed and show in detail that it will conform to the provisions of this code and relevant laws, ordinances, rules and regulations, as determined by the building official.
This appears to be a Level 3 Alteration where the work exceeds 50% of the aggregate area of the building (FBC-Existing Building Code section 505)

NEW FRONT PORCH REQUIRES ENGINEERED PLANS
PLEASE PROVIDE ENGINEERING FOR THIS PROJECT: Where a building of otherwise conventional construction contains structural elements exceeding the limits of Section R301 or otherwise not conforming to this code, these elements shall be designed in accordance with accepted engineering practice. Please have Engineer of Record sign and/or seal Structural Engineering Drawings (Per FBC-R 301.1.3) Please list the design criteria used for this structure in accordance with this code and our basic wind speed, (the wood framed portions of the structure designed per one of the approved methods i.e., ASCE 7-10, ICC-600, WFCM…)

JOB COST/BUILDING PERMIT VALUATION: The applicant for a permit shall provide and estimated permit value at time of application. Permit valuations shall include total value of work, including materials and labor for which the permit is being issued, such as electrical, gas, mechanical, plumbing equipment and permanent systems. If, in the opinion of the building official, the valuation is underestimated on the application, the permit shall be denied and the final building permit valuation shall be set by the building official. (Please submit an Executed Contract documenting the valuation.) per FBC-R109.3
