1. The approved site-plan indicates a 2nd floor "Art Studio" whereas the drawings show an "Apartment, living quarters". Please correlate and the Clearance Sheet must identify whatever the 2nd floor becomes. Either "Garage with Art Studio" or "Garage with Apartment".

ADDED ON 1/27/2021; Item not addressed. Zoning must review and approve a (detached) apartment at this residence. The approved site-plan and clearance sheet must identify "Garage with Apartment".

 

Drawings indicate Engineered Roof Trusses. Roof Trusses appear to be missing. Please provide.

ADDED ON 1/27/2021; Structural changes must be shown on drawings by the Engineer of Record.

 
An additional fee due and payable at permitting shall be of $100 each for any second resubmission of plans. Per FL. Statute 553.80(2)(b), on any third and subsequent resubmissions that do not correct a code violation that is specifically and continuously noted in each previous rejection, a fee of four times the amount of the fee attributed to plan review will be charged.  
Pen and ink changes, white-outs, or any such altering of raised seal engineering drawings, is not permitted under state laws governing the practice of Architecture or Engineering. All information on the raised seal drawings must part of the printed sheets at the time the drawings are sealed by the Architect/Engineer.
