Under Construction Elevation Certificate:
This submission has been approved, please address the following comments of the Finished Construction EC for C/O.
1) Garage elevation reported is below Minimum Elevation Requirement. The garage must have hydrostatic openings installed - this must be reported on the Finished Construction Elevation Certificate.
2) No equipment/ machinery elevations reported at this time. All equipment/ machinery servicing the building must be elevated to at least 8' NAVD 1988 (minimum elevation requirement).
