Under Construction Elevation Certificate:
1) First floor access stair does not meet minimum elevation (8' NAVD 1988). Slab either needs to be capped or hydrostatic openings will be required - see ASCE 24 -14 (or FEMA technical bulletin #1 2020) for opening requirements.
2) Future bath not allowed in areas below minimum elevation. Either cap slab or remove future bath and submit revision.
