Please make the following corrections before submitting the finished construction elevation certificate: these changes must be made before C/O will be issued
1) B8. should say AE & X(shaded, B9. BFE is 7'
2) C2. a) this elevation should be the lowest floor - laundry room
3) C2. e) a/c must be elevated to at least 8' and elevation must be reported on finished construction EC
4) C2. f) & g) are reversed - please correct
