The following changes must be made for approval of finished construction elevation certificate:
1) Any areas that do not apply please mark "N/A"
2) Per plans, garage will be below BFE - FLOOD VENTS WILL BE REQUIRED - 1sqin opening/ 1sqft garage area [complete section A9. to document installation of flood vent openings]
