1. The modified footprint will require a new Zoning submittal for a revised Clearance Sheet and an approved Site-plan.

 

2. This revision changes the occupancy of this structure from a non-habitable space to a habitable space. This structure will now be required to be put on pilings. 

 

3. Please provide the spray foam documentation from an approved testing agency.
