In review it was found three differing roof types, product approval lists - 5V metal, energy sheets call for flat roof membrane, and sheet A-10 refers to standing seam metal. Please address. All of which require a specialty roofing permit.

On structural detail sheet S-2, shear-wall details were given, but no indication anywhere of shear-walls on second framed floor. Please explain.
