An additional fee due and payable at permitting shall be of $100 each for any second resubmission of plans. Per FL. Statute 553.80(2)(b), on any third and subsequent resubmissions that do not correct a code violation that is specifically and continuously noted in each previous rejection, a fee of four times the amount of the fee attributed to plan review will be charged.

During the review of the plans it was noted that the engineers dead load for the roof was 25 PSF, and the truss engineering was 7psf. Please review and identify which dead load you want to use and have them match on the plans.

During the review of the plans the floor plan looks like stem wall and masonry, and the foundation plan appeared to look like wood walls. It appears that the plans are mixed up. Please address on the plans and resubmit.

On the floor plan, there appear to be a drafting error, in that the headers on the carport and covered porch do not connect to the wall.
Please correct and resubmit.
