Rejected: Trusses

1. The trusses do not meet the design criteria of the EOR

 

 

2. Product approval sheet:

METAL ROOFING - The portion of the roof shown as metal requires:
   - A referenced product on the Product Approval Sheet.
   - Please verify roof sheathing required for the type being used and properly reference on the engineered plans. 

 

3. Energy Forms:

Please complete both copies of the Florida Code Compliance Checklist

 

4. CM Detectors:

Please review FBC-R315 and indicate correct locations of Carbon Monoxide Detectors on the plans.

 

5. Engineering:

Please provide the path of continuous uplift on the interior walls.

 

6. Engineering:

Please provide nailing specifications for the 2-ply 16" LVL at the garage door.

 

7. Engineering:

Please provide the uplift requirements for the garage doors.

 

8. Please specify the number of king studs and cripple jacks required at the 16' garage door.

 

9. Engineering:

Please specify the locations of all Shear Walls on the house and the 12' walls on the detached garage (including the nailing requirements).

 

10. Architectural:

Please clarify how the 4040 False window is to be constructed.

 

11. Architectural:

Please correct the square footage tabulation.

 

12. Windows:

Please verify that the 3050 Arched Top Window will meet the requirements of FBC-R310.  

 

INCOMPLETE REVIEW

 

PLANS General Notes: Your re-submittal should include two complete sets of plans. Please insert the revised pages into the plan sets, and pages removed from the stamped "Job copy" set, should be marked as "old set" and should be included in the re-submittal.
If old "Job copy" drawings, are not resubmitted there will be additional plan review fee charged due to the amount of time necessary to review entire drawing again.
ALL ITEMS changed or revised on plans and documents shall be identified by circling, clouding or identified by some other legible method. ADDITIONAL ITEMS MAY BE REQUIRED - DEPENDING ON NEW INFORMATION AND CLARITY OF FINAL PLANS SUBMITTED FOR REVIEW.

 

PEN AND INK CHANGES, white-outs, or any such altering of raised seal engineering drawings, is not permitted under state laws governing the practice of Architecture or Engineering. All information on the raised seal drawings must be part of the printed sheets at the time the drawings are sealed by the Architect/Engineer.
