Please indicate on pool plan the distance from the waters edge to any existing structure's foundation or any lanai column footing
Bear in mind that this distance from foundation to waters edge should be at minimum the depth of the pool water adjacent the foundation element in question. If the pool is 6' feet deep next to a foundation element than it should be 6 feet away from that element etc.
If this distance cannot be within 1 foot of distance to 1 foot of water depth please provide angle of repose engineering with your resubmittal
