Submit the Revision (Do not include the Enclosed Porch) separately. The Revision will trigger a FEMA Substantial Improvement (Valuation of Work over 50% of the Appraised Value). The Property Appraiser has your Building value at $468,893. You have submitted a Private Appraisal with an Indicated Value By Cost Approached of $705,802. When you submit the Revision of your original remodel, please contact the Flood Plain Manager, John Brown @ 904 209-0627 to discuss the Substantial Improvement.
