Elevation Certificate, under construction.
Due to increased audits from FEMA and NFIP, we are reviewing all input on elevation certificates for correct information.
All lines must be completed and correct to comply with the NFIP program.
Please make the following corrections:
1. This project includes an attached garage; please include garage in Lines A9 and C2.d
2. Line B10: please clarify why "FIRM" was not checked.
3. Line C2: BFE in Line B9 is NGVD. Lines C2.a-h must also be NGVD, but appear to be NAVD. Please clarify and include conversion factor (usually 1.1') in Section D.
