Missing Energy Sheets:
The Florida Energy Conservation Code (FECC), Section R101.5.1.1 provides two options for compliance with building thermal envelope requirements. Please indicate if you will be using the "Prescriptive option (building thermal envelope alternative Form R402)" or the "Simulated performance method". If using the Form 402 Prescriptive option please provide two completed copies acknowledging that the listed code requirements will be done. Or provide Energy Sheets using the simulated performance method.

Florida Product Approval: (As required by Florida Statute 553.842 and Florida Administrative Code 9B72)
Please provide/revise/provide Florida Product Approval Sheets to show product approval numbers for Simpsons Strong-tie anchors and hold downs referenced. Specific products are identified by the decimal places. Missing sheet & numbers for roofing, siding & soffits. Typically the installation instructions are for inspection purposes and the product approval for is for permanent record.
