Project is indicated to be in an A undetermined flood zone provide a flood study establishing a BFE or Finish floor of living area and equipment must be 3 feet above highest existing grade. Garage must also be 3 feet above highest existing grade or provide flood vent design details on the drawings. Revise site plan to reflect these conditions.
