2. The Florida Building Code Residential Section R322.1.11 requires structures seaward of the CCCL to comply with Section R322 of the FBC Residential and Section 3109 of the FBC Building. More specifically but not limited to R322.3 Foundations and R322.3.8 Decks.
--- Please provide foundation specifications (pile foundation) complying with the FBCR-R322 and FBCB 3109 for all foundation related work performed seaward of the CCCL.
