ADDED On 04/25/2017; Item not addressed. It appears the lowest piece of equipment (A/C) is below the BFE.

ADDED ON 05/01/2017; A7 - Building Diagram Number indicates this project to be a "1B" Stemwall on grade. The drawings indicate this renovation and the addition (Permit #11510480) to be a Diagram 8 or 9, crawlspace. Please revise and indicate flood vents which meet the code requirements.  

Be made aware that the Addition with Garage(Permit #11510480) will need a separate Elevation Certificate.

ADDED on 05/11/2017; The Elevation Certificate submitted appears to be for the addition, listed in (A2). First; it appears the elevation of the "Attached Garage" is below the Design Flood Elevation (DFE - 9'). The garage is allowed to be below yet must have flood vents listed in A-9. No equipment (AHU) shall be below DFE.

BE made aware that the renovation of existing home (Permit #11606033) will need a separate Elevation Certificate.
