Under Construction Elevation Certificate:
This submission has been approved and inspections are released at this time. The following comments should be addressed before the final:
1) Flood zone info is incorrect on the EC - this should be corrected for the final and given to the homeowner with the flood zone info corrected.
2) 14" step down from enclosed areas to garage on plan O.K. - be sure to have the garage floors elevated to at least 6' NAVD 1988 and account for floor slope.
