Applications submitted on or after March 15, 2012 shall comply with the current 2010 FBC. The 2010 FBC Energy Conservation Code Section 403.9 requires compliance with ANSI/APSP-15. ANSI/APSP-15 has a turnover limitation of no faster than 6hr/360min turnover for energy conservation. Other sizing issues are involved for energy conservation.
