Due to recent audits from FEMA and NFIP, we are reviewing all input on Elevation Certificates for correct information.
All lines must be complete and correct to comply with the NFIP program.
Please make the following corrections:
1. Line B4 Please provide entire number.
2. Line B7 Correct date is 9/02/2014.
3. Line C2.h This elevation will be the same as or lower than C2.f (LAG)
